Vardilos v. Vardilos

Peter Vardilos appeals the trial courts divorce decree awarding certain property to his former wife, Patricia Anne Vardilos. In two issues, appellant claims the trial judge erred in characterizing the property as appellees separate property and denying appellants request for a jury trial. We affirm the trial courts judgment.
