Illinois Central Railroad Co. v. Roland W‪.‬

Action for indemnity commenced by plaintiff Illinois Central Railroad Company, a foreign corporation, against defendant Roland W. Blaha, trustee for Cheese Producers Marketing Association, a bankrupt, to recover the sum of $76,970.17 paid by plaintiff to Florence H. Cunningham, administratrix of the estate of Phillip W. Cunningham, in settlement and compromise of a judgment obtained by said administratrix against the plaintiff for injury to and death of her intestate. A judgment and an amended judgment were entered for the plaintiff, dated respectively June 13 and June 18, 1957, each in the amount of $76,352.57 plus interest and costs, and from both judgments defendant appeals.
