Billie the Kid

When fearless tomboy, Billie Kidd moves to a new town in the desert southwest, she makes new friends who share her love of make believe and invite her to play in their secret hideout. Hearing tales of a local "real Indian" who lives in the desert, Billie and her playmates seek him out. They meet Jacob, a firefighter and star gazer, who tells them stories of a Native American legend that predicts a night of shooting stars and a full moon when a spirit will hop from one of the stars and bless the desert with rain.
