MAUGHAN, Justice: Before us is an interlocutory appeal to determine the validity of an order of the trial court. The order granted defendants motion to dismiss G. M. Leasing Corporation, as plaintiff, and substituted George I. Norman, Jr., as the real party in interest. The order of the trial court is reversed, and the cause is remanded for trial with reinstatement of G.M. Leasing Corporation, as plaintiff. Costs to plaintiff.
