Holly

IHollyn has run from the family farm.  She had spent many evenings with her family, growing up, playing games with her mother, grandfather, and her cousins.  All of their parents have been dead a while.  Cousin Mihall, having been released from prison after the last time he and Hollyn had a knock-down-drag-out, returned, unannounced, with revenge and hatred in his eyes.  Not finding Hollyn, Mihall brutalizes his brothers and attacks his sister-in-law, Adalaide, in a vicious assault that Hollyn knows was intended for her.  Mihall is captured, tried, and executed.  Hollyn now faces a choice.  Return to the farm?  Or find a new life?
