the garden Buddha’s
silent stare, asks me
why I work so much

What would I give
for one more moment
of pure joy?

with us inside the water
staying warm

glowing eerie green shapes moving on deep black
with little points of light softly twinkling through

our galaxy turning
stars positioning
over the lives below
