Sooner or Later

The sequel to #1 New York Times bestselling author Debbie Macomber's classic Someday Soon!

When stubborn but proper Texas postmistress Letty Madden hires a rough soldier, Jack Murphy, to help her find her brother for the price of one night together, she has no idea that he will fall deeply in love with her.

With phone lines down and diplomatic ties severed after the coup, Letty refuses to abandon Luke to the warring factions. She turns to soldier of fortune Murphy for guidance, never anticipating that her gruff protector will stake his life on her survival.

Facing armed checkpoints and treacherous river crossings, the cynical mercenary never imagines how thoroughly her quiet courage will dismantle his defenses. As danger closes in around them, a desperate rescue mission tests every vow they made to keep their hearts untouched.

Behind enemy lines in Zarcero, an impromptu alliance turns into a deadly race against time.
