Unsure steps

The author portrayed a story about war that takes lives. Of times in which families have to part, without feeling any kind of guilt. Children loose future even before they are fully aware of having one. Women become prisoners of their own homes. Men follow orders, forcing them into death. However, the ideals they are fighting for remain a mystery.

However, Unsure Steps are mostly a family drama, depicting hopes, longings, and doubts of an individual whose thoughts of his dear ones give him the strength to survive yet another day. On one hand, we follow the struggles of the father and on the other hand, the burden of the mother and their son. War brings into their lives fear of the most threatening event: death – it seems ever so inevitable. It only takes one phone call to bring back hope of meeting each other once again.

Due to the characters without names it seems that this story is about life challenges, which each of us deals with sooner or later. Therefore, the story of this family is a universal one.
