Joaquin Sanchez, 25, is released from a three-year L.A. County jail sentence tied to the South L.A. gang Los Suros. Though convicted, rumors suggest he was framed by an ambitious assistant district attorney for a career-making win. Out of prison, Joaquin is trapped between his former gang and a parole officer who—by strange coincidence—is the same prosecutor who put him away.
