Young v. Jong Son

Jong Son ("Appellant"), owner of the vessel Pacific Invader, appeals the district courts orders approving a settlement agreement between defendant City and County of San Francisco ("CCSF") and plaintiff Eugene Young ("Appellee"), and granting Youngs motion to dismiss CCSF. This matter is properly before this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
