Carnival atmosphere for 9/11 ON FRIDAY, I walked from my home across Greenbrier Parkway to Chesapeake City Park. I was going to attend the dedication of the artifacts from the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and Shanksville, Pa. I grew up in New York, worked on Wall Street, saw the Twin Towers daily and knew people who perished.
