In the part to the series there are sauces for desserts, meat, basic sauces and some more advanced sauces, something for every occasion. I’m a qualified chef with over 30 years experience, This site Is my personal collection of recipes and was originally made for my own benefit for the following reasons:

I got sick of transferring It from book to book when they fell apart.
Web pages are heaps smaller than a word document & load up heaps faster than a Word Doc as well.
So I could access my personal repertoire wherever I am In the world.
People would often ask for a recipe for something or another, I would always have to type it, Fax it, E-Mail it or something like that, so they’re all here, come & help yourself!
