Hamm v. Miller Et Al‪.‬

Action was brought by the plaintiff, Louise Hamm, against her host driver, Arthur Miller, and Coleman A. Newland, driver of the automobile with which Miller collided, and the insurance carriers of both. The case was tried to a jury, and from a judgment upon the verdict against both defendants, the defendant Miller appeals.
