[U] Skarbo v. Skarbo Scandinavian Furniture Import

Inge Skarbo and Kathi Skarbo appeal the trial courts order that they sell their 50 percent ownership interest in Skarbo Scandinavian Furniture Import, Inc. (the Company) to Ron Skarbo, Inges brother and the holder of the other 50 percent ownership interest in the Company. Inge and Kathi Skarbo additionally appeal some of the courts findings of facts. Paul Skarbo and Amie Skarbo appeal the trial court ruling that Paul engaged in oppressive conduct toward the Company and its denial of their application for indemnification. We affirm.
