Publisher Description

David Blue challenges his convictions based on a claim that his counsel was ineffective for failing to object to certain testimony and prosecutorial remarks during closing. Because the testimony that Blue now challenges was part of defense counsels trial strategy, failing to object to its admission was not ineffective. And because the prosecutors remarks were not flagrant and incurably prejudicial, Blues failure to object precludes review. We affirm the convictions.
