Publisher Description

Maria De Jesus Sanchez-Moreno seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") dismissal of her appeal from an immigration Judges ("IJ") deportation order. Sanchez-Moreno contends that the BIA erred by ruling that: (1) an Immigration and Naturalization Service ("INS") Form I-213, "Record of a Deportable Alien," was properly authenticated and admissible at her deportation hearing; (2) the IJ was not required to allow cross-examination of the Form I-213s preparer; and (3) she was ineligible for a suspension of deportation because she could not establish good moral character. We have jurisdiction under 8 U.S.C. § 1105a(a), and we deny the petition for review.
