Before STEWART, CARAWAY & PEATROSS, JJ. Plaintiffs seek reversal of the trial court's ruling granting Defendants' motion for summary judgment and dismissing Plaintiffs' claims. For the reasons stated herein, the judgment of the trial court is hereby reversed and the matter remanded for further proceedings.
