Before STEWART, CARAWAY and MOORE, JJ. A heating and air conditioning contractor who fell down a flight of temporary stairs while working at a home construction site filed suit for damages against the framing contractor and owner of the home. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of both defendants and their insurers finding that the flight of stairs located in a home construction site did not create an actionable hazard. Finding no error in the trial court ruling as a matter of law, we affirm.
