Meeting and Noting

What we think in a meeting? Are we all equally serious about the meeting? The book is written for humour only without any intention to tarnish image of anyone. I am trying to visualize, in a serious meeting how a group of members of the meeting can think. This is a fictitious description, nothing to do with reality.
