Fantastic book
This book is toward command upgrade. Explaining very well how to progress to command, including commander’s CRM, commander’s role, Aircraft Technical Management, turnaround Management and so on with very good examples. I constantly ask myself: what should I do as commander if I have such unusual or non normal situation? Highly recommended.
