In this adverse possession action, Samson Asfaw and Trisna Tanus claim ownership of portions of land lying adjacent to their residential property in Burien. We hold that planting a small number of rhododendrons in a heavily wooded area and performing minimal maintenance is not enough to support a claim of adverse possession, and affirm the trial courts order quieting title in the titleholder.
