Helps Quiet the noise - A step in recovering
Listen throughout the day - especially when feel anxious
Is helpful remembering that things won’t just get better in a few days of course
Stick your headphones in and even if it’s as background noise just try it morning, work, driving or going to bed
I have really gotten into audiobooks now to quiet the noise from my ADHD & worrisome brain
I have also downloaded The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins and would say that’s a good one to listen to too
