Amazing book. Life changing. Inspirational

I rarely feel compelled to write a review. This book is an incredible collection of extensive unbiased scientific knowledge with practical tools and tips to live your best life. I have worked in the UK health service my whole career and have witnessed the consequences of peoples poor choices. I have also witnessed many people who take no responsibility for their own health mainly due to a lack of self respect and love. I was overweight for a considerable majority of my life, but this book has given me a set of tools to really understand and know how I can build my own formula and apply this to my life. I am now the healthiest I have ever been. I only wish everyone would listen to this in order to stop the toxic drive for profit in the scrupulous food and pharmaceutical industries to the detriment of people’s health. I applaud you for everything that you have done to help me to live my best life with the knowledge to understand what I need to do and the extraordinary power of mother nature. I can’t thank you enough. I will remain avid follower and for anyone willing to listen, will be a great advocate of yours.
