Only soon this fake relationship starts to feel very real. But when secrets in Victoria’s past are exposed will Oliver walk away, or will they both follow their hearts and find what neither knew they were looking for…?

Romance and Misunderstandings
This tale is reminiscent of the films you watch about pretend romances where a plan is in place, what can go wrong???
Two people from different backgrounds and worlds collide. Victoria works in a bar by day and by evening/night she is teaching underprivileged young people about design in the flat she is staying in above the Bar. She is a talented designer with a pipe dream of selling her clothes her dream. She also has an ex who has dented her confidence.
Oliver is from a privileged background with dreams of his own but instead he has been set on a path of running the company business that he can do very easily but it is not his passion, he has never been given the space to find out what his passion is, the company business Retail stores has been drummed into him.
Add in his overbearing family desperate for an heir and the stiff upper lip in toe, he meets Victoria and things get very interesting....
Thoroughly enjoyable
A lovely book to listen to.
Poor narration. Great story.
Firstly this review is based on listening to this book through audio.
When the book began I found the narration really poor, it was read out to quick with little emotion and at times I had to go back to keep up. It was also difficult at times to work out who was speaking as all characters voices were read by the same person. I almost gave up listening because of this. I did however find that by chapter 3 I had managed to somehow get used to the quick reading and soon fell in love with the story. I love a romance and if I had read this book rather than listened to it, it would of got 4/5* from me.
I hope there is a sequel to this on audio as I’d love to know what happens next for Victoria and Oliver.
