A classic work - as good as any.
I am very surprised this book has so few reviews because it is recognised as one of the very y best books on mindfulness, written by a master. It leads you from unhappiness, fear, and anxiety, into a calmer state of mind. This book is a classic. Don’t bother with the rubbish written by celebrities who are just climbing on the bandwagon - read this.
