The finest meditation instructor

Joseph Goldstein is, in my opinion, one of the most enlightening voices in the field of mindfulness meditation. These guided mediations really got me on track after two years of wrestling with meditation. I highly recommend that you also buy his book "Mindfulness" if you haven't already. This book, along with these guided mediations, will point your practice in the right direction. If you're new to mediation then you've come to the right place. I also recommend checking out the Joseph Goldstein Insight Hour podcast which is taken directly from the talks that Joseph has given at IMS in Barre which are all broken down into categories that coincide with his book for ease of navigation. Thank you Joseph for sharing with us your life's work.
