The stress solution.

Every aspect of the book covers my day and working life, giving me important insights into how I actually feel and giving me the tools and knowledge to understand and act to improve my wellbeing.
I’ve also improved my diet which I thought was good but is now excellent.
Taking the Athletic greens supplement has also improved my overall well-being and helped me feel more balanced.
I and my wife fly as longhaul cabin crew for British Airways out of London and have done for over 30 years and have always looked for how we could improve how we cope with constant jet lag and hotel food.
Having the information is key and a huge thanks to Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s book and the podcasts we have altered many aspects of our lives and are the better for it.
