21st Century Scriptoid Man

A man wakes up in unfamiliar surroundings, with the mother of all hangovers. He realises he’s about to be interviewed by the cops, but they don’t look like any cops he’d ever seen before. He starts to tell his story, prefacing it with a scene header, and scene description, and then a voice over. And of course it’s all in black and white.
