A year worth of flirting comes down to this kiss...
Abel
I've eaten more tacos the past year than I have my entire life. It's not because I love those little handfuls of goodness (although I do). It's because of the woman who runs the local food truck Let's Taco Bout It. Seeing her makes my day, and while I can't admit my feelings, I can at least see her smile.
Until Halloween. When a man gives her attention she doesn't want, she pretends we're together, and lays a kiss on me that I'll never forget.
Kara
I've spent the last year watching the hottie in the constantly torn and dirty jeans eating shyly walking up to my food truck and ordering the same thing each time. I've done my best to drag him out of his shell, but nothing works until a night of unwanted attention forces me to make a move.
Now? He's hanging around even more, and when his husky voice calls me his girlfriend? I melt into a puddle, and he's the only one who can pick me up and put me back together again.

Absolutely Amazing, Emotional and Beautiful Read
This is book two 8n The Broken Falls series and it is Abel and Kara’s story and omg it is definitely a must read. Abel and Kara have been flirting with each other for a year and neither have made a move until Kara finds herself in a situation and Abel takes matters into his own hands and steps in to help and is surprised when Kara kisses him because it throws his world upside down. Kara owns a food truck and she has had to work hard to make a name for herself and she has also been crushing on Abel who along with his dad and friends go to her truck every day but Abel is so shy in his own way and has many issues when it comes to women because of his mother so Kara tries hard to get him to come out of his shell but it doesn’t seem to work. Abel has wanted Kara for so long but he is afraid and concerned about making a mistake but he is also concerned about doing something wrong and losing his chance with her until she kisses him and he finds himself constantly thinking of her and realised that he needs to do something before he misses his chance with her. The more time that Abel and Kara spend together the harder they fall in love which is the most natural thing in the world but like most things in life you have to work hard to make sure that things work out because if your love is strong enough the light at the end of the tunnel will definitely shine bright when you have found the one that is your soulmate. Wow this really was a beautiful and emotional story that pulls you in and holds your attention throughout the whole book because it is so amazing and addictive and you will find that you will be unable to put this book down. Abel and Kara have a connection that is so unique and unable to be broke and there attraction and chemistry is strong that they are so perfect together and for each other and I am so glad that they eventually found there happiness and future together that they both deserved. Laramie Briscoe is a amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to engage her readers and her books are definitely worth reading and you will not be disappointed and I can’t wait to read the next book in this amazing series.
