Publisher Description
What would it be like to live in a world where you were considered abnormal even to those who were above the norm?
Jenna O’Conner is not human, nor is she considered the norm for the supernatural Other community. It’s important she hide her true nature from both humans and Others.
Right after moving to a new city, Jenna runs into trouble in the form of a deadly, mouthwatering man named Adam McPhee. He’s an alpha werewolf determined to do two things: figure out exactly what Jenna is and have her all to himself.
As if that weren’t enough for Jenna to deal with, a group of extremist Shifters who consider humans to be cattle and who think that factions of Others should stay within their own species—never to intermingle—come to town. Jenna has to find a way to shut them down, but in the process of trying to do that, she discovers things about herself that even she had never thought were possible.
Who said the wolf was what you had to worry about?
Welcome to the real world—the Other world.

Blown away
I was very lucky to receive a free copy of this for an honest review so here goes... This is my first Jessie Lane book and after reading this one it definitely won't be my last. I laughed out loud, at this page turner filled with interesting characters who will carry on in future books. Our main characters, sheltered but by no means sweet or vulnerable Jenna and gorgeous red head Alpha wolf Adam are our main couple in this story but we are introduced to a variety of secondary characters who together bring this story to live for the reader and paint a picture of the OTHER world. While Jenna and Adam do eventually get together ( once Jenna understands the OTHER world and that hers and Adams feelings are real) we are left with an open story,a to be continued if you like but not a cliffhanger, more a oh gosh I need to know what happens next! Luckily enough that book is available now so I will be checking it out.Highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a great paranormal romance
