I want to give this book more than the five stars allowed, I loved It So Much!
I want to give this book more than the five stars allowed, I loved It So Much! The characters Emery and Drew are so well drawn and so likeable. It's great and tells how Emery got her chance with Drew her best friend Izzy's brother and someone she's loved for years! Everyone who knows Emery knows about her unrequited love for Drew, everyone that is except for Drew who despite being a Police Detective remains totally clueless!
So when Emery tells Izzy that she has to find somewhere to live, Izzy sees her chance to play matchmaker and tells her she can move in as Drew's roommate. There's just one little itsy bitsy problem though Izzy didn't tell Drew about Emery moving in leaving Drew blindsided when he finds out he has a roommate!
Drew is dedicated to his job and is at present working on a case involving a serial rapist, there are several triggers involving rape, kidnapping, and murder in the storyline so be aware! The last thing he's looking for is a new love affair. I don't want to give any more spoilers, so I will just say download this book, it's the perfect mix of BFF's older brother, steamy romance and an edgy and intriguing crime drama.
I can't wait for the next book after reading that Epilogue!
