The Gift He Didn’t Expect
Dean wasn’t looking forward to being set up as the Mountain Man of the Month candidate, but he knew he couldn’t do anything about it. However, even though he felt a connection with Holly the moment he laid eyes on her when she arrived at the shelter, he put his feelings aside to help Holly get to safety. Spending time with Holly and her children in close proximity, allowed Holly and Dean’s feelings to grow, which led them to embark on a relationship.
However, their quiet life was disrupted when Holly’s mum ended up in hospital and she left the safe house to go see her mum. Unfortunately, Holly got into trouble and nearly lost her life, but Dean luckily rescued her in time. Getting her back safe, made Dean realise he wanted a forever with Holly, which is why he did everything within his power to ensure it happened. This is a wonderful story, that will allow you to experience a rollercoaster of emotions, as you turn the pages of this fascinating book.
