Such a great read!
Brilliant read! I initially bought the audiobook, but got like 2 paragraphs into it and had to buy the digital version because I felt like my mind was overtaking the narration. I believe I have lived with ADHD for my entire life, always thought there was something wrong with me as I just didn’t function like my peers. A lifetime of constantly being criticised for my behaviour when actually I just needed help. This book has helped me so much because I can relate to so much that Rox has said within, it’s actually pushed me to get an official diagnosis which I have booked in for next month. Rich and Rox if you read this review, I’d just like to say thank you so much for helping to push awareness and share your incredible journey together, it’s helped me so much gain an understanding of how my brain works! I will be suggesting to my family and friends that they give it a read so that ADHD can be better understood by neurotypical people! Again, thank you guys, you’ve helped me and you will have undoubtedly helped others with this book.
Very Insightful
