- Support someone with ADHD in ways that work for them
- Be compassionate rather than judgemental
...and much more.
From the husband-and-wife team behind social media phenomenon @ADHD_Love, whose viral videos have been viewed more than 200 million times, comes a fearless, often outrageously funny, account of life, learning, and growing with ADHD. Awesome
Best adhd help book
The most relatable book ever. One of the best books I’ve ever got my hands on!
As a British 21 year old male diagnosed with ADHD age 16, this incredibly written book by Rich and Rox took me on an evening of emotional rollercoasters of relatable laugh out loud moments to just as relatable tears of sadness. Being someone who’s struggled with many of the same issues throughout my life, I only wish that this book had been published sooner!! Rox and Rich you have provided me with invaluable language and methods of describing to people what’s going on inside my head. You are both a credit to the ADHD community and through this book have provided me with hope when looking into the future!!
