Good read
Enjoyed the book. It made some very good points and backed these up with scientific research to support the theories. I have started putting some parts in to practice and I have to say I feel better.
Interesting concepts if not repetitive
I enjoyed this book and the premise is insightful and makes sense. However I found it a bit repetitive through out the chapters essentially making the same point over and over again in slightly different ways.
Worth a read though. Maybe flick to the summary at the end and save yourself a few 100 pages!
