My Favourite Preserving Book

Chutney is probably my favourite preserve. This book is split into several sections, insluding the history of chutney, ingredients, how to sections covering every stage from preparation to the finished product, as well as some lovely sounding recipes. Thank you Vivien for such an inspiring book
