Into the Deep

I have been running my whole life. In a rage caused by my actions, my father destroyed his beloved diner that had been passed down for generations, and our family in the process. I left and never looked back. Since then I’ve been aimless, drifting from one city to the next. I’ve never been able to put down roots or feel a part of something. The concept of home was foreign to me, until I met him―Tristan Barton.

After a week together in the Caribbean I was swept away. He managed to restore pieces of myself I didn’t realize were missing. He is passion and heaven and sin all rolled into one perfect package. Except he doesn’t have roots either. As the owner of Barton Brothers hotels, he lives a lifestyle of luxury and travel, jet setting from one exotic destination to the next. He isn’t looking to be tied down, whereas for the first time in my life, I’ve realized it’s something I desperately need. We agreed to keep things casual and I know I need to be strong, to not be pulled under again. But I fear I’m already in too deep.
