Byline: Ejaz Haider Shashi Tharoor is no fool. Quite the contrary. He is a high achiever and combines brilliance with great marketing skills. So, why would he pen an article in the Deccan Chronicle ("Delusional liberals", July 21) that seems, on the surface, to be fairly lightweight? Precisely because he is smart.
