When I get down because family members try to discourage me from juicing or blending (I say I’ll be kick starting a health drive, so they buy all the junk foods I have a weakness for & place them near my blender, sit in front of me eating rubbish etc), it’s this magazine which really helps me to stay focussed and believe. I have used Jason’s Apps for a while now and THEY WORK. However, when tragedy/setbacks strike, I turn to junk as a source of comfort. My issues are mental as well as physical. This issue with Harry helped me so much. Instead of crying because I get no support or encouragement, even when I feel, can see and the scales (never used to bother with these) tell me I am moving in the right direction, I just read a copy of Juiced as I don’t feel so alone on my health & wellbeing journey. One day, I will come to the Retreat. It was going to be this year but I lost my job three days before my birthday. Old me would have stuffed junk. New me, went for a 5 mile walk, came back and made a Super Blend.
