Kidnapped

Kidnapped is set around real 18th-century Scottish events, notably the "Appin Murder", which occurred in the aftermath of the Jacobite rising of 1745. Many of the characters are real people, including one of the principals, Stevenson has written this thrilling novel for those readers who love adventure. The hero of this novel is kidnapped. He faces many difficulties. But he also meets Alan, who becomes his true friend. The hero finally gets his property and the villains of the plot are caught. So, the novel has a happy end.
