Great, practical intro
As usual, with the "For Dummies" series, this is a good intro to the topic - in this case, Mindfulness, with the usual practical exercises (so you don't sit just reading about the topic, the author gets you trying something quite quickly into the book) and tips. The text is written simply, but well, and with humour. I read the book sequentially, I'm not sure how you could dip in and out of chapters like you can with some other Dummies titles, but each to their own, natch. There is a similar title by the same author, which I haven't read, but you don't need to have read that one to benefit from this one.
