Thought provoking read regarding the supposed appeasing of Hitler.
At what stage do you declare war on another country?
Even today you would try all negotiation to avoid conflict.
Pace and Suspence
A story of an historical event that is told with such pace and suspense that it was hard to put down.
Good read.
Very interesting and well-written take on the intentions and beliefs of MacMillan when he met with Hitler. Added intrigue between minor officials on each side provides the unknown quantity. I enjoyed it.
