Was drawn into the latest outing by the talented Rachel Amphlett. Thoroughly good read with a new Detective on the block.
Hitting the ground running, with little time to unpack and settle into his new life, Detective Mark Turpin is summoned to assist with the brutal murder of a local priest. He quickly settles into the team assisted by Jan a fellow detective. One murder follows another, but apart from both being priests , clues are few and far between. When a link is finally made, will the team be able to head off a third murder ?
Excellent read, great characters, good synergy between the team with a strong plot.
This is hopefully a good start to a promising new detective series, on a par with The DI Hunter series by the same author.
Well deserved of it’s 5* rating.

Had me gripped from the start. Really good read! Would definitely recommend.
