Very Good!
I can sometimes have a short attention span when it comes to books, but I was engrossed from the first page. A really good book, the first book I have read of this author but I can't wait to start on the rest!!!
Fantastic!
I don't normally read books, but the first I read of Simon kernick was deadline. So I saw this read the first chapter thought it was brilliant! I couldn't actually put it down, I kept reading through the night until 4am towards the end. Such a good story although some parts sounded a little daft (mainly drop the bag and put your hands up) but other than that it had me wondering throughout he book who the blackmailer was! Also the book kept throwing you off. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good read every now and again. I'm 23 and most my friends don't really read books, but the few that do I've recommended this title.
