“One of the best thrillers I have read this year. The plot is intelligent and will keep you hooked from the beginning. The author did a superb job creating a set of characters who are fully developed and very much enjoyable. I can hardly wait for the sequel.”

8 down .. bring on #9
Knew from outset that the story would not be ending with this book but still got so immersed in it that I did not want it to end. Excellent series of books with #9 on pre order.
Cannot wait - but have to 😂
Tense, gripping action thriller. Gripping read.
Jacob and Jana’s vacation is interrupted when a dam is demolished, killing thousands of people. Jana is approached to join ‘The Antiquities Division’ a secretive organisation unknown to her or Jacob. Their task is made more difficult by the deliberate withholding of information by the Director. The tense plot has many unexpected twists and turns intertwined with Jacob and Jana’s developing relationship. I look forward to the next book in the series.
