Thought I would give this book a go as I've been dating a girl for a few months long distance and almost only communicate via text. This book by the nail on the head on where I went wrong, although my situation was a little different as the girl came on strong for the first month then turned to stone. It accurately describes basically how I've been "played" and even how I could possibly make a regain. I would say this book isn't for people who lack confidence because I have bags of that, more if you're a genuine bloke/girl and don't do all the bullsh!t of playing games but somehow find themselves on the wrong end of one. I would recommend this book for essential reading for someone who has met someone they like and don't want to f^ck it up. Hope everyone finds this book as enlightening as I did. Cheers!
