Please don't make the same mistake twice!

After the current disappointment of the third book of the Magician trilogy not being available on its own having already purchased the first two volumes, it appears that a similar scenario is on the cards for the Empire trilogy. Mistress of the Empire was originally available on its own but was not formatted correctly and was removed. Rather than sort it out (since sept '12) it would appear that we are again going to be offered a box set that is not what those of us who have purchased the first two volumes want. Please, please, please sort this out and make A Darkness at Sethanon and Mistress of the Empire available as single volumes or give anyone who has in good faith purchased the first two volumes of each trilogy a free copy of the trilogy versions or a refund on the volumes already purchased.
