The Idiot
Publisher Description
Prince Myshkin returns to Russia from an asylum in Switzerland. As he becomes embroiled in the frantic amatory and financial intrigues which centre around a cast of brilliantly realised characters and which ultimately lead to tragedy, he emerges as a unique combination of the Christian ideal of perfection and Dostoevsky's own views, afflictions and manners.
Customer Reviews
Ended abruptly
I agree with other reviews, I read 2844 (small) pages only to find the book apparently ends mid sentence, it can't be right! Very frustrating.
Incomplete masterpiece
I have always loved this brilliant book, but I was disappointed that the version that I downloaded for my new iPad had chapters 13-15 totally absent. I suggest that you withdraw this version pending its revision.
