Cinematic
The way this story pans is unexpected and takes the reader on a long journey made of captivating drama. The tribulations of a family are closely connected to important social and political events. The local, private life becomes universal. There are so many details which readers will find so close and personal. And the story unravels so widely that it is really like watching a film.
Waiting
The problem with a story like this is you wait and wait and wait and wait . The end will never live up to the anticipation. But the story was great the journey wonderful and the history of the war educational first time reading this author I'm normally Stephen King and dean kootz . I will definitely read him again
Absolute Nonsense
This is by far the most non sensical repetitive book I have ever read…where does this end…no where…poor by your standards.
