Better than the prequel film
This short book, that acts as a prequel to The Thing is pretty much action packed and still carries the tense and thrilling atmosphere as the film, albeit much shorter. I really preferred it to the story we got in the prequel film. This one answers some more questions into the what the Thing is and better yet, gave us a better sense of who the characters were at the Norwegian base. A great read if you loved John Carpenter’s The Thing!!!!
The Thing.
Brilliant prequel to "The Thing". Well worth a read.
